Queens of the Stone Age have seized the Billboard 200 throne for the first time in their career.  The group's latest effort, ...Like Clockwork, bows at number one this week after Nielsen SoundScan reported sales of 91-thousand copies in the record's first frame.

Billboard also notes that 13-percent of those copies were vinyl.  That easily puts ...Like Clockwork at number one on this week's Vinyl Albums chart, and also marks the second-biggest sales week for a vinyl LP since SoundScan started charting the old-school format in 2010.  Meanwhile, Daft Punk's Random Access Memories slides to number two on the new Billboard 200, followed by Sleeping with Sirens' new disc "Feel."

A little farther down the tally, Megadeth soars in at number six with Super Collider.  The set sold 29-thousand copies, giving the metal icons their highest-charting album since Youthanasia debuted at number four back in 1994.
