JACKSONVILLE, FL - Shell gas station at the corner of Merrill Road and Townsend Boulevard was robbed at gun point by a masked man Wednesday morning.
The Jacksonville Sherriff's Office say they responded to the gas station before noon, after the robbery had demanded money from the store clerk and had threatened him. Officers found a small amount of money nearby.
Jso says the clerk was not injured, but the suspect has not been captured. The description was that the man wore a dark clothing, gloves and a black mask, carrying a silver handgun, headed westbound on Merrill Road.
